Request Accounting Documents

Sprayberry Travel generates eTicket receipts and eInvoice receipts via email at the time of booking and these are sent to our travelers and travel arrangers. If these emails are not available or misplaced and you need a copy of this information, here are your choices:

If you received a confirmation email, you may link from that email to the site which stores your information or you may click on either of the following links for Airline Ticket Receipt or Invoice Receipt.

Airline eTicket Receipt
(all airlines except Air Tran, Jet Blue, Southwest & Wholesalers)

  • You will need your record locator and the email address to which the confirmation was mailed.
  • Look for the Header for eticket Receipt, click and print. This is available for up to 70 days after ticketing.
  • If it’s been longer than 70 days, please complete the information below and we will process the information and send it to you within the next couple of days.
  • Since Air Tran, Jet Blue, Southwest & Consolidators are ticketless transactions, they do not offer an eticket receipt, therefore, use your invoice receipt containing the confirmation number and the ticket totals.

eInvoice Receipt
(including fee information)

  • You will need your record locator and the email address to which the confirmation was mailed.
  • Look for the Header for eInvoice, click and print. This is available for up to 10 days after ticketing.
  • If it’s been longer than 10 days, please complete the information below and we will process the information and send it to you within the next couple of days.
